Vote Yes on Proposition HHH!
November 8, 2016

Today, voters in the City of Los Angeles have the opportunity to take a bold step in stopping the housing crisis and make a lasting impact in the lives of their fellow Angelenos. Nearly 50,000 L.A. County residents are without homes, enough to fill Dodger Stadium. Proposition HHH is a housing bond on the City of L.A. ballot that will raise $1.2 billion over 10 years for housing for our homeless. It has a broad coalition of supporters from all sectors. The business, government and nonprofit communities have combined their talent, resources and dedication. The funds it raises will support cutting-edge, effective strategies like permanent supportive housing, which combines affordable housing with mental health and social services and has been shown to cut government costs in dealing with homelessness by 75 percent.
By voting yes on Proposition HHH, you will help to triple the supply of permanent supportive housing in L.A. You will create new pathways of opportunity, building a better and more prosperous future for all Angelenos. But most of all, you will be helping families like the Bowers’, who overcame homelessness with the help of permanent supportive housing programs through A Community of Friends.
Join us today and vote yes on Proposition HHH.
